Shortlisted properties only. Condensed from the 12-step Foreclosure Auction SOP into 6 checkpoints, in order — mark each Pass or Fail and say why in the comment box underneath. A later step marked before an earlier one is still blank flags "Skipped ahead" rather than blocking you; any Fail is flagged too. Unshortlisting a property (here or above) just hides it from this view; it does not erase your progress, so re-shortlisting it later picks up where you left off.
